  • Proven experience in carpentry, masonry, or both
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Reliable transportation to job sites in the Harrisonburg area
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Respectful, professional attitude on every job site
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
